My column in the Toronto Sun is going to be running this Friday and Saturday with two very good questions from readers, and my answers. This is very exciting because this is an opportunity for new home buyers to ask those questions, or to share an experience about their new home purchase.
I am counting on this column to be very successful because, if what everybody tells me is true, new home buyers need a place where they have the opportunity to learn as much as possible about the policies and procedures that are in place when purchasing a new home from a builder. I hope that new home buyers will take advantage of this opportunity.
It’s a new day in the newspaper industry. We used to only be able to ask questions to Ann Landers or Abbey about our personal lives. Columns that helped us through many stressful moments as teenagers right up to middle aged adults. Now things have gone one step further. With all of the new homes and condos being built everywhere, the Toronto Sun has recognized a need in the new home buyer, and has given them a forum exclusively geared to their questions and experiences. I am honoured to be a part of that.
I am looking forward to hearing from you!
